Registration and use of 98pkr is strictly restricted to individuals aged 18 years and above. We verify age during KYC. Underage access is prohibited and any account found to be registered by a minor will be closed immediately with funds returned per applicable rules.
It is the player's sole responsibility to confirm that accessing and using online betting and casino services is lawful under the laws applicable to them in their location in Pakistan. 98pkr does not provide legal advice on local jurisdiction compliance.
Each individual may hold only one registered account on 98pkr. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and any balances consolidated or forfeited. Accounts are non-transferable and may not be shared, sold, or assigned to another person.
All bonuses at 98pkr are subject to wagering requirements and time limits as specified at the time of the offer. Attempting to abuse bonus terms, including multi-accounting or collusion, will result in bonus forfeiture and possible account suspension.

98pkr reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, abuse of promotional terms, or breach of these Terms & Conditions, with or without prior notice.
1.1 These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 98pkr website, mobile platform, games, betting markets, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform").
1.2 By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or placing a bet or wager of any kind, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full, together with the 98pkr Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.
1.3 These Terms are effective from the date of your registration and remain in force for the entire duration of your account being active on 98pkr.
2.1 You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use the 98pkr Platform. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time. Registration by, or on behalf of, a person under 18 is strictly prohibited.
2.2 You confirm that you are accessing and using the Platform on your own behalf as a private individual and not as a professional, corporate, or institutional player unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing by 98pkr.
2.3 You accept sole and full responsibility for complying with all laws, regulations, and rules applicable to online gambling and betting in your location within Pakistan. 98pkr does not represent or warrant that use of the Platform is lawful in any specific jurisdiction and accepts no liability arising from your failure to comply with applicable local laws.
2.4 Access to the Platform is void where prohibited. If your local laws prohibit online gambling, you must not access 98pkr.
3.1 You may hold only one (1) registered account on 98pkr. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in all associated accounts being permanently closed and balances forfeited.
3.2 You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, and Pakistani mobile number. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms.
3.3 Your account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, pledged, or otherwise assigned to any other person. Sharing account credentials with third parties is prohibited.
3.4 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 98pkr will not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to maintain reasonable credential security.
3.5 KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required before processing the first withdrawal from your 98pkr account. You may be requested to submit a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) and proof of payment method. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable time frame may result in withdrawal processing being placed on hold.
4.1 All deposits to 98pkr are made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Accepted payment methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, bank transfer, Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay, and USDT TRC20. 98pkr reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time.
4.2 The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200 via JazzCash or Easypaisa. Minimum and maximum limits for other payment methods are displayed in the Cashier section of the Platform at the time of transaction.
4.3 Deposits must be made only from a payment account held in your own name. Using a third party's payment account for deposits is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and reversal of funds.
4.4 98pkr is not responsible for any processing fees, network delays, or failed transactions caused by your bank, mobile money provider, or payment network. If a deposit is delayed, retain your transaction reference and contact support.
4.5 Deposits are credited to your 98pkr account balance upon confirmed receipt. 98pkr does not offer credit facilities of any kind. You may only wager funds that are available in your verified PKR balance.
5.1 Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. Withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes during standard operating hours.
5.2 Before processing a first withdrawal, 98pkr requires completion of KYC verification as described in Section 3.5. We reserve the right to request additional documentation for subsequent withdrawals if deemed necessary for fraud prevention or regulatory compliance purposes.
5.3 Any active bonus wagering requirements must be met in full before a withdrawal can be requested from a balance that includes bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds.
5.4 98pkr reserves the right to delay or refuse a withdrawal request if the account is under investigation for suspicious activity, breach of these Terms, or pending identity verification.
6.1 All bonus offers made available through the 98pkr Platform are subject to their individual terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, eligible games, and expiry periods. These specific terms are displayed alongside each offer.
6.2 98pkr reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. If a promotion is withdrawn, any bonus funds already credited to your account will remain subject to the original offer terms.
6.3 Bonus abuse — including but not limited to multi-accounting to claim the same offer multiple times, collusion between players, or using technical exploits to exploit bonus mechanics — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus-derived balances.
6.4 Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the applicable promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
7.1 All bets and wagers placed on the 98pkr Platform are final once confirmed. You are responsible for verifying your selections before confirming a bet. 98pkr will not accept requests to cancel or reverse a confirmed bet on the basis of user error, except where a manifest system error has occurred.
7.2 In the event of a technical fault, system error, or data feed failure that results in incorrect odds or game outcomes being displayed, 98pkr reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes at its sole discretion.
7.3 Maximum payout limits apply per bet, per event, and per day. These limits are displayed in the relevant betting market or game rules section of the Platform. 98pkr reserves the right to limit the betting or gaming activity of any account at its discretion.
7.4 All casino games are provided by third-party licensed studios. Game outcomes for RNG titles are governed by independently audited Random Number Generator systems. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical results (card draws, wheel spins, dice rolls) under independent studio oversight.

9.1 98pkr is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide tools including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion, all accessible through your account settings.
9.2 If you believe you or someone you know may have a problem with gambling, we strongly encourage you to use the self-exclusion facility available in your 98pkr account settings and to visit our Responsible Gaming page for further guidance and resources.
9.3 Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly. Once a self-exclusion is active, your account is suspended for the nominated period and you will be removed from all marketing communications. Attempts to circumvent an active self-exclusion by registering a new account constitute a breach of these Terms.
9.4 Players are strongly advised not to gamble with funds they cannot afford to lose, and not to chase losses. Gambling should be treated as entertainment, not as a source of income.
10.1 You may request closure of your 98pkr account at any time by contacting support. Any verified real-money balance at the time of closure will be refunded to your registered payment method, subject to completion of pending KYC and confirmation that no bonus wagering obligations remain outstanding.
10.2 98pkr reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion if it reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent or criminal activity, or regulatory risk. Where an account is suspended due to investigation, 98pkr will endeavour to communicate the reason within a reasonable timeframe.
10.3 Forfeiture of balances may occur where an account is closed due to confirmed fraud, multi-accounting, abuse of promotions, or breach of Section 8 (Prohibited Conduct).
11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 98pkr's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by you to your 98pkr account in the thirty (30) days prior to the claim.
11.2 98pkr is not liable for: (a) loss of profits or winnings; (b) indirect, consequential, or special loss; (c) service interruptions caused by events outside our reasonable control, including network outages, third-party payment failures, or regulatory actions; (d) your failure to comply with local laws.
11.3 Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, to the extent prohibited by law.
12.1 All content on the 98pkr Platform, including but not limited to the 98pkr brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, and software, is the intellectual property of 98pkr or its licensed third-party suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
12.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without express written permission from 98pkr.
13.1 The collection, storage, and use of your personal data is governed by the 98pkr Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the data practices described in that policy.
13.2 98pkr will not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and regulatory or law enforcement authorities where required by law.
14.1 98pkr reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via the email address or mobile number on file at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, where practicable.
14.2 Continued use of the Platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure under Section 10.1.
14.3 The current version of the Terms is always accessible at the /terms-conditions page of the 98pkr website. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.
15.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between you and 98pkr arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation.
15.2 If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it may be referred to binding arbitration under applicable arbitration rules. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
15.3 You acknowledge that online gambling is subject to complex and evolving legal frameworks in Pakistan and that you bear full responsibility for ensuring your use of 98pkr complies with the laws of your local jurisdiction.
